WHY BACK PAIN IS ALWAYS COMING BACK?
Usually when back and musculo skeletal problems are treated on therapy, therapist is focusing on the pain but not the original cause of the problem. That is like putting more air to a flat tyre. Eventually the air runs out if the hole is not fixed.
WHAT IS THE CORE REASON WHAT CAUSES THE PROBLEMS AND PAIN?
It is always always always muscle imbalance on your core muscles.
WAIT, WHAT?
Human is a bio mechanical being. We have joints which are joints, leverages which are bones and forces which are muscles. Hence the mechanical. Every joint has at least two forces (muscles) which are pulling it to an opposite directions. If force and opposite force are not equal joint will misalign.
You can think your lumbar as a swing where the fulcrum point is your pubic bone and hip moves up and down on both sides. Muscles (forces which are pulling your hip up) attach to the end of the swing (iliacus) from your ribs. Main muscles which align you lumbar on X-axis are Quadratus Lumborun and Iliopsoas.
If left and right side muscles are not on equal strength, the stronger side will pull your hip up on that side. Many times your therapist says that your leg is shorter on that side (as it looks like it), but it is only attached little higher as the hip joint is little bit higher as your hip is misaligned.
When you hip is misalighed, vertebraes on your low back will squeeze together on the strong side, giving pressure to the disc. Eventually the disc will herniate, bulge, rupture or wear down as the pressure is on on corner of the disc for many years. Other side of your hip needs to turn forward and many times weak side knee is coming in and giving you knee problems. Also one shoulder is lower than the other. Pretty much every joint in your body is misaligned and won't work as they should. That is why we have so much musculo skeletal problems.
WHAT CAUSES THE MUSCLE IMBALANCE ON YOUR CORE?
Now we get to the actual point. As most of us are right handed, we use our left leg as a support leg (what ever we do) and always want to turn and twist left.
If you lift something you want to lift from right to left and support your weigth to left leg.
When you throw a ball on your right hand, you lean all your weigth onto your left leg and use your left side core muscles to twist your body to left giving more power to your throw.
Have you ever vacuumed right leg on front? Nope.
When you carry a baby it is always on your left and all your weigth is on your left side.
When you play any kind of racquet sport, when the racquet is on your right hand your weigth is on you left leg and you are twisting left.
Majority of sports are asymmetric to your muscles.
ALL THESE FUNCTIONS WILL STRENGTHEN YOUR LEFT SIDE CORE MUSCLES MORE THAN YOUR RIGHT SIDE AND THAT WILL LEAD TO HIP MISALIGNMENT.
WHAT CAN BE DONE? HOW DO WE FIX THE PROBLEM?

Core reason for back pain is inevitably muscle imbalance. When you core muscles are out of balance you hip, SI-joint, spine and shoulder are misaligned. Your L4-L5 vertebraes will push together on stronger side giving pressure to the disc. Eventually the disc will herniate, bulge, rupture or compress. When disc has a problem, nerveroots has less space and many times the herniated disc pushes the nerveroot itself resulting radiating pain all the way down to your leg.
When hip is misaligned, your whole body is also. That's why the pain and problems can be anywhere in your body. Chasing the pain does not remove the core problem.
If your disc has bulged sideways to right. Then there must be pressure to the disc on left. That's the only way. And only way to get the pressure to the left is that your hip has turned up on that side resulting the L5 vertebrae to turn with it. L4 has not turned equally so the disc between the L4-L5 has pressure on the left side. Hip turns up because left side of your core is stronger than the right side.
If you do not fix the muscle imbalance and the misalignment, the problems will recur, next dich will bulge or the same will bulge again.
Few things you might of been told:
One of your legs is shorter
99,9% of time that is not the case. But your hip is higher on one side, so leg looks shorter.
You need to strengthen your core
While it is good to be strong, 1000 times more important is to be in balance. If your hip is misaligned, your vertebraes are pushing togerher on strong side.If you start to strengthen your core, you will strengthen your misalignment and only giving more pressure to the disc asymmetrically. That will expedite the disc to bulge, herniate or rupture.
SI-joint is cause for all of my problems
Absolutely not. SI-joint problem is a symptom not the cause. Like all other facet joint locks. SI-joint can't function right when hip is misaligned and will lock up, but 99% of the time only on the strong side. Same goes with all other facet joint locks. They are SYMPTOMS not cause for the problems. Once more, it is a symptom.

My back was bugging me the whole season and I was on a pomit that I needed to quit the season. I was given excercises from my previous therapist to strengthen my core, but as my muscles weren't in balance and my hip was misaligned, problems got worse,

I had back problems since I was 18 years old. I tried everything and eventually I got an electric nerve stimulator under my skin. I also ate a lot of pain killers like codein.
Then I found about Pasi and Permanent Back Fix and in few weeks my pain vanished. Pasi suggested that I switch off my stimulator after 2 weeks. I did and it has been off last 3 years.
Slowly I got off from painkillers and now I am waiting to get to the surgery to remove my stimulator.

In my knowledge FND is a lot to do with left and right brain sides not working together nor simultaniously. When we "trick" the brain, we can get the muscles to work properly. One problem is that on FND patients, adductors and abductors works simultaniously and only on full force. But when we trick the brain on three different tasks, uscles starts to work like they should.
